roofing and coverings

Softline
The curvature of TR27 type roofs is achieved by repeatedly bending the piece, producing extremely low curvature radii, from 150mm and angles of up to 240º in just one piece.
This variant is highly versatile, and can be used for numerous applications and is particularly useful for continuous corner finishes without flashing.
Raw Materials
The raw material using in façades and roofs is provided in rolls from different international ironworks. The base metal can be steel, aluminium or other metals, either in their natural colour or lacquered. Lacquered steel is the material chosen in most cases, thanks to its price and technical properties.

Protection and Finishes

The sheet can be galvanised, pre-lacquered or undergo special treatment for more corrosive environments. (galvanising is performed in accordance with standard EN 10346 and pre-lacquering in accordance with standard EN 10169)

Manufacture

Metal roofs are made using a profiling and calendering process in different machines, depending on the properties intended. The types of geometry used can be sorted into two categories: Omega and Trapezoidal, and both can be made flat or arched.
They have a vast range of uses, both for roofs, coverings and/or structural functions.
It is a very versatile product, and can be used to create numerous, unusual architectural forms.
The channels and sheets for finishing and flashing are made using a programmable bending press, in unit lengths of up to 12 metres.

Insulation

Whenever greater thermal and acoustic insulation is required, we recommend using roofs and façades with double sheets and an air box filled with insulating materials: mineral wool, polyurethane, etc. This system significantly improves thermal comfort, reducing energy consumption for heating and minimising the transmission of vibrations and noise.
