\u00c0 travers ce projet d\u2019innovation productive, Blocotelha entend proposer au march\u00e9 un nouveau produit innovant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale : des structures m\u00e9talliques con\u00e7ues \u00e0 partir de profils standardis\u00e9s, fiables, robustes et de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La standardisation de la production, rendue possible par un haut niveau d\u2019automatisation, permettra d\u2019optimiser les temps de fabrication, de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9chets et de maximiser le potentiel productif pour des segments strat\u00e9giques tels que l\u2019\u00e9nergie, la construction modulaire et l\u2019industrie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et gazi\u00e8re, qui exigent des standards \u00e9lev\u00e9s et g\u00e9n\u00e8rent une plus grande valeur ajout\u00e9e tout au long de la cha\u00eene de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce projet vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle m\u00e9thodologie pour la construction de structures m\u00e9talliques en acier de grande taille avec des formes g\u00e9om\u00e9triques non lin\u00e9aires (courbes), en utilisant une technologie innovante de fabrication additive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette nouvelle solution devrait permettre la construction de structures m\u00e9talliques complexes \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une technologie qui favorise (i) un processus de production durable, efficace en temps et en ressources, et tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis techniquement ; (ii) un nouveau produit avec des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s accrues en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de morphologie, de chimie, de r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique, de tenue thermique, de flexibilit\u00e9 et d\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 ; et (iii) un processus d\u2019assemblage et de soudage simplifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
